Returns & Refunds
When your order arrives, please check each item carefully. If you are not satisfied, you may return that product for an exchange or refund. The deadline for canceling an order is 10 days from the date you received the goods. Clearance items or special orders are non refundable. In order to return goods you must request a Return Authorization code by emailing sales@levelteq.com with your concerns and reason for return. We will send you a form to include with your return shipment to ensure proper credit to your account.
We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods, using the original form of payment if possible. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of original purchase price.
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 10 days
The goods are unused or in the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, at our discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Please use an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
